These machines finally found the way to “build their own theme park with blackjack and hookers”.
But everything in this theme park was l̶e̶a̶r̶n̶e̶d̶ taken from other places and people without any consent. Hate to state the obvious, but consent means looking for the presence of a “yes” rather than the absence of a “no”. Many tech nerds got so excited that they can get so much for so little that they had their heads turned. These machines will learn and improve their knowledge, but not the learning process gets people so excited. We all know what turns people on, don’t we? Clicking a button and getting something quick and of such great value that amaze literally everyone. Such great efficiency of this effortless production! Especially when everyone knows deep inside that the author's rights were violated and this is the main reason why it’s so cheap and fast. Let’s be honest with each other, as torrents didn’t improve the musician’s lives, this kind of stealing someone’s creativity won’t improve artists' lives as well.

I am very delighted to see united pushback from the CG community on Artstation website! I am glad to see that artists are ready to stand for each other this time around. Artist’s solidarity isn’t something that can be enjoyed or seen very often. Human artists should stick together!

More Himars, Patriot system? Yeap! People were busy while Santa was whittling wooden trains and knitting socks. This past year was a tough one for everyone. Since Russia invaded Ukraine it was impossible to look away from the war. Doing nothing about it and at the same time seeing how this learned helplessness makes even a simple thinking process painful. There is a long way to the piece ahead and a lot of reflection to be done.

I think I had a few good bits here and there this year, and I am grateful for them. I saw and still see people around me are capable of helping, It’s inspiring. I hope the upcoming year brings us more opportunities to help. I wish next year in December 2023 we will not say that 2022 was actually still fine.
